Job Description:- 

 

Job Summary:- 
As an AWS Cloud Architect at Sapiens, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud solutions based on Amazon Web Services. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business needs, craft robust cloud architectures, and oversee the implementation of these solutions. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and management of AWS-based services.

 

Key Responsibilities:- 
1.    Cloud Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define cloud requirements, architect AWS-based solutions, and create comprehensive design documentation.
2.    AWS Services Implementation: Configure, deploy, and manage AWS services, including EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, VPC, and more.
3.    Security and Compliance: Ensure that AWS environments are secure and compliant with industry standards and best practices. Implement security measures, identity and access management (IAM), and data encryption controls.
4.    Scalability and Performance: Optimize AWS solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Implement auto-scaling and resource management strategies.
5.    Monitoring and Management: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues. Utilize AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and other tools for effective management.
6.    DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines, enabling continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
7.    Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Design and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure high availability and business continuity.
8.    Documentation: Create detailed documentation for architecture, configurations, and processes, making it accessible to internal teams and clients.
9.    Client Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with clients, provide technical expertise, and address their questions and concerns.
10.  Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

 

Qualifications:- 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing AWS-based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, networking, and security.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications:- 
- AWS specialty certifications in areas like AWS Security, AWS Big Data, or AWS Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud solutions and multi-cloud environments.
