Criteria’s	Job Requirements
General Job Description	As BA Team Lead, you will take on a more strategic and leadership-oriented role within the product management team for Data & Analytics Team. This role will oversee a portfolio of products or lead a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy and objectives. This position requires a high level of expertise and the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts
Pre - requisites Knowledge & Experience	MBA, Post Graduation equivalent 9+ years of relevant experience Expert knowledge of insurance concepts in one area – P&C / L&P / RI Knowledge on Data Management and Digital Framework SQL Intermediate level Problem Solving Understanding of product management principles and methodologies Prior experience in product management or related roles
Required Product/project Knowledge	Moderate familiarity with Insurance – Data & Analytics product & implementation and experience in Portal Development. Expert familiarity with Sapiens Intelligence components – Data Connector, Digital Information Hub (SmartStore, Datahub) & Business Analytics (InfoMaster), Data Hub & Sapiens Intelligence Portal. Moderate familiarity of any one Insurance PAS system, having Sapiens Core PAS knowledge will be value add.
Required Skills	Working understanding of source PAS system application & functional flow and their data structures. Working familiarity of Creating User Stories, BRD, Mapping Specification & performing functional testing for Portal, ETL, Reports & Dashboards. Expert understanding of data concepts, including data types, databases (Relational & No SQL DB) and data structures. Expert familiarity with digital requirements, data analysis techniques, data visualization, and statistical concepts.
Common Tasks	Collaborate with data professionals to review and refine user requirements & mapping. Own the overall product strategy, product backlog and budget. Prioritize features and defects in the backlog. Conduct User Forums – internal & external. Plan training sessions for Product teams as well as Project teams. Lead and manage a team of product analysts. Act as consultant during pre-sales.
