Business Operations Manager

Do you want to support the plans and executions, and business operations for Sapiens’s largest site: Sapiens India?

Are you keen to collaborate with management stakeholders at all levels and divisions to support the plans and executions of business strategies? To support business operations to achieve company goals? To support top management communication to all stakeholders – from employees to customers? Are you self-driven and highly motivated? Exp. required:- 10+ Years 

 

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to create/execute business plans
  • Planning and execution of key initiatives to meet and exceed the goals
  • Work closely with department heads and support functions to support smooth site level operations
  • Work with department/division managers to track operational parameters
  • Generating operations reports for senior management
  • Supporting management presentations and communications

 

What we expect:

  • 10+ years of overall experience and 3-6 years of experience successfully supporting an enterprise's operations and strategies, or equivalent project experience. 
  • Excellent people management and collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation, and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to collect, interpret, analyse, and present data as information
  • Preferred: A degree in business administration
