Job Descriptions:



  • Responsible for implementation and customization of Financial Information System Tool (EPM) for various Projects
  • Work as a bridge between PMO and Finance Team on the Tool
  • Work with the Tool Admin Team on any Changes and Requirements
  • Training the Project Team on the Tool and the Process
  • Responsible for raising flags and be a gatekeeper for the Tool
  • Financial Data Analysis and Validation





  • Bachelor’s Degree and Deep understanding of Project Financials
  • Financial System Expert/ERP/Oracle
  • Experience in Excel Smart View is an advantage
  • 5-8 years’ experience in activities such as planning, control or budget tracking
  • Experience in Budget management – P&L understanding, project Costs, and revenues, resource planning and forecast, tracking budget gaps and high analytical skills - MUST
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, organizing skills
  • Presentation skills - Ability to create & deliver presentations effectively
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications – MUST
  • Personal skills: Independent, hard worker, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, Strong oral and written communication skills, prefer a fast-paced working environment
  • Relevant background in SW global companies – Advantage
