Development Manager

What you’ll do:
•    Manages a delivery group. Leads the delivery development teams towards projects implementation according to content, schedule, budget and quality agreed on with the customer. Implements Sapiens development methodologies and enforces compliance in high quality 
•    Managing development teams of multiple projects and customers’ demands simultaneously 
•    Ability to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet the project deadlines
•    Ability for managing the development activities: 
•    Professional responsibility to obtain the desired result as defined with the customer 
•    Responsible for scheduling, resource planning, budget & time tracking 
•    Reporting implementation progress, meeting budgetary targets, quality products and more

Must have Skills: - 
•    Proven managerial experience 
•    Experience with management of development life cycle and development methodologies 
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills, capable of performing high level design 
•    Experience in customer facing position 
•    Ability to manage multiple streams in parallel
•    All the skills of a Team Leader
•    Ability to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet the project deadlines 
•    Ability to manage multiple streams and customers’ demands simultaneously and under pressure 
•    Accountability and Identification with the company 
•    Ability to communicate well with executives 
•    Estimates effort and timelines for the change 
•    Perform development on a J2EE platform for the change and test 
•    Provide post-implementation support including analysis of production problem
