As Development Manager in the Digital Delivery Group, you will lead designing and delivering new solutions. This includes software architecture definition, leading and assisting TPMs with building solutions for business needs, developing new components needed to enable new experiences, and solving technical problems as we package different apps/components together. You will need to get deeply acquainted with the platforms on which we deliver. To do that you will need to -

  • Managing development teams for multiple projects.
  • Own the development best practice and methodology of the different project development teams reporting to him/her
  • Drive the software architecture for various project implementations
  • Work closely across teams and disciplines to shape the solutions and development processes, and make sure they provide value to our customers.
  • Work with his/hers TPMs to define software solutions day to day execution.
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards.
  • Debug and investigate live-site issues to ensure proper availability of our solution.
  • Foster a culture of agility, innovation and customer-focus within the team.
  • Lead by example high level of technical excellence (including but not limited to participating in design, code and test reviews).
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Development teams.


  • Experience in management teams of 20 or more employees
  • Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Good communication, critical thinking and collaboration skills.
  • BS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years of development experience in relevant technologies
  • Hands on experience with one or more frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js. Experience with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript / jQuery.
  • Experience with backend development - Node.js, TypeScript, Express
  • Experience with microservices architecture, preferably cloud environments
  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodology, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Teraform, Helm
  • Proven track record of engineering large-scale, high availability, and consumer web applications
  • Exceptional software engineering skills across all phases of software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases, debug client and service side applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks completely and independently.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Passion for mentoring junior engineers.
  • Ability to generate clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong product design & development experience in an Agile development environment
  • Fluent English, excellent communication skills
