EPM implementer

Sapiens is on the lookout for a EPM implementer to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned EPM implementer and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM solution designs.
• Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EPM applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EPM implementation, configurations, and processes.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle EPM features, functionalities, and best practices.

What to Have for this position

Must have Skills: -

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or computer science, Information Systems
• Proven experience (3 years) working with Oracle EPM suite (Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase, Financial Close Management, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle EPM configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience with Oracle EPM integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions is a plus.
• Oracle EPM certification(s) preferred.
