Global Accountant (Billing)

Sapiens is on the lookout for a  Global Accountant (Billing) to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned  Global Accountant and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Bangalore
Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

What you’ll do: 

• Review and raise Invoices to Customers based on Contracts
• Maintain Billing tracker for accurate billing to customers
• Communicate with Project Managers for billing Inputs
• Post Invoices in SBO based on the project & cost centres in respective Entities
• Pass Revenue Recognition Entries every month
• Extracting periodic reports as & when required for management review
• Assist in month end closure
• Maintain accurate historical data / records
• Maintain Confidentiality of Organizational information
• Support during Internal Audit & External Audit

What to Have for this position: 

• 3+ years experience in MNC or Large Organisation
• Earlier experience in AR - India & global environment
• Experience in Accounting Software - SAP or Others
• Excellent Problem-solving skills & must be detailed oriented and accuracy maintained
• Ability to work independently as a part of team
• Ability to complete work on schedule and meet Organizational goals
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Should be flexible in working in US shift when needed.
