HRIS System Analyst

Sapiens is on the lookout for a HRIS System Analyst to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned HRIS System Analyst and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Bangalore
Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

What you’ll do: 
    **System Integration**: Manage the integration of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) with other systems and tools.
    **Data Migration**: Handle data migration processes to ensure smooth implementation.
    **Testing**: Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
    **Post-Implementation Support**: Provide support and knowledge transfer documentation after implementation.
    **Custom Reporting**: Build custom reports using PRD (Performance Reporting Dashboard).
    **Technical Support**: Resolve technical issues related to application integration and provide production support.
    **Collaboration**: Work closely with technical and functional teams to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
    **Governance**: Support governance forums to ensure timely resolution of tickets.
    **Documentation**: Create and update knowledge documentation specific to processes and functional areas.

What to Have for this position:
Must have Skills: - 
    **Experience**: 4-6 years of experience with SF LMS.
    **Certification**: Certified in SF LMS.
    **Technical Skills**: Strong design and development skills using SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
    **Reporting Skills**: Expertise in SuccessFactors LMS reporting.
    **Integration Knowledge**: Proven experience of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations and other SF modules.
    **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
    **Adaptability**: Ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
