A Product Analyst is  responsible for configuration of complex changes in the system. They can also  manage requirements for simple changes in the system.  They will work closely with R&D development and QA teams to implement the requirements in the system

Pre-requisites

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (CS/ IT Preferred) or equivalent qualification. MBA Preferred
• Experience
• Should have some technical experience and then moved to a BA role
• Insurance or BFSI experience is a must. Core insurance is preferred
• Prior knowledge of Core Insurance/ Banking Systems is a must
• Experience of having worked in an implementation project handling requirements for at least 2 modules.
• Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent analytical skills, good design skills
• Basic SQL and data modelling skills is a must.
• Understanding of SDLC and AGILE concepts is desirable.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document business requirements as user stories.
• Break large epics into smaller features and stories
• 2-3 Years of relevant experience. Laterals will be hired at this level
