Program Director

What you’ll do:

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects – working with highly skilled multidisciplinary/cross functional teams both on-shore and off-shore – and ensuring our client’s expectations are managed and met
• Manage the delivery of Digital engagements, delivering on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Define and manage to a clearly documented process with lifecycle objective milestones, lifecycle architecture milestones, dependencies, risk analysis and risk mitigation plan
• Manage transition of projects into live service and resolution of dependencies and issues
• Lead on-shore agile teams, consisting of project managers, business analysts, developers, and solution architects
• Manage all stakeholders' expectations
• Ensure the project delivery within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Ensure scope management, change management. Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule
• Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and project P&L.

What to Have for this position:

Must have Skills:-  

• Overall 15+ years of IT experience and minimum 5+ years of experience in managing a software delivery team.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and ensure market competitiveness.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision, Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high-impact transformation of projects are essential.
• Experience of working in complex software and application development environments (e.g. design, transition, operation)
• Proven experience using agile project management methods
• Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity, working with multidisciplinary teams
• Must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Financial mindset to run the project P&L.

Skills / Knowledge competencies - Should have: -

• Should have familiarity with Agile Development
• B.E. / B.Tech background
• Worked with onsite customers
• Work experience in Insurance domain is added advantage.
