Job description: Leading program ( involving Core System Transformation /Implementation involving multiple systems ). Be a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Owns the program delivery to the client, with goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability
- Strong ability to foresee system dependencies and work out strategies to Steer Programs to completion.
- Strong Leader with negotiation and Planning & Implementation skills
- Ability to explain various approaches and solutions , (Pros and Cons to customers) with informative presentations.
- Liaises with stakeholders, typically C-level executives of the client, to understand program requirements & deliverables
- Implements, improves the defined governance processes
- Plans, manages, and tracks results of the program
- Conducts regular Program review, including stakeholder reviews to ensure timelines, costs, quality of delivery are met.
- Co-ordinates between various project managers, various delivery teams across various systems
- Conducts reviews with all delivery teams, to assure program deliverables are regularly met and issues addressed, and delivery SLAs are met.
- Formalizes acceptance of the program results ensuring that the benefits realization have been achieved
- Expands the customer relationship beyond the existing projects
Pre- requisite skills, knowledge & experience
- Experience of 17 -22 years
- Passion to Communicate, Mentor and lead the team to successful outcomes ; Roll up one's sleeves as needed
- Experience in project management of product implementation ( Packaged solutions e.g. Core systems (Insurance, Banking , ERP etc) with interfaces and Data Migration.
- Experience in working directly with international customers, especially senior executives.
- Experienced with using different project management tools - e.g. MS Project, Jira, Sciforma
- A PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred , PgMP (Program Management Professional certification) is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance domain/financial services is an added advantage
