As a Project Manager for Business Intelligence at Sapiens, you will be the leader to guide the project to implement and manage Sapiens solutions for Business Intelligence at a client from start to completion working with clients and internal teams, be a problem solver and make/influence decisions and steer the project to meet the planned goals.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Own the project delivery for BI projects to the client, with goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability.
  • Work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project governance and delivery.
  • Lead projects scope finalization, estimations & budgets, and contract finalisation.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project delivery plan and monitor progress, risk and mitigation plans.
  • Work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders for capacity planning
  • Lead & Motivate people in the project to achieve the project goals.
  • Look for Cross-Sell/ Upsell Opportunities, provide value add to the Customer.


Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • A Graduate Degree with 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in managing projects for reporting with enterprise systems working in a matrix organization.
  • Good knowledge about all the processes related to end-to-end project management.
    • Industry standard certification like CSM, CSPO, PMP are good to have.
  • Experience and understanding of Project Management frameworks: agile/scrum, waterfall, and hybrid.
  • Adept at using industry standard tools like Jira, MS Project, Effort logging & Collaboration tools.
  • Ability to measure the project progress, Variances quantitatively and take corrective action.
  • Stakeholder management, Communication management & Risk management skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and ensure smooth and swift decision making.
  • Self/Quick learner
  • Open to travel and work across global time zones.
  • Experience of working on Insurance & Banking domain is desirable.
