Job Description:- 

1. Documentation, including process flows/diagrams and user guides

2. Commissions processing support

3. Pipeline and Forecast Support

4. Salesforce data quality

5. Process innovation and improvement
6. Support sales automation tasks to ensure smooth processes execution.
7. Enhance and create sales reports and extract insights from them. Leverage the insights to improve the North America Sales process.
8. Collaborate with the multiple functions across Sapiens this includes Marketing/Pre Sales/Products/Business Development

Required Skills and Qualifications: -

1. Experienced with Salesforce system
2. Understanding of sales principles and metrics, including win rates
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
4. Experience in generating and presenting reports to various stakeholders
5. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must
6. Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions
7. Strong program Management & problem-solving skills
