Key Responsibilities:- 
 
•    Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements, document needs, and analyze existing processes
 
•    Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of HR processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement
 
•    Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams/Vendor to design technical solutions that meet HR requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices
 
•    Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and system specifications
 
•    Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and technology solutions
 
•    Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
 
Qualifications:- 
 
•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred
 
•    Proven experience (4-5 years) working as a Business Analyst in HR technology or related field
 
•    Proficiency in analyzing data and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
 
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams.
 
•    Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as SAP SuccessFactors will be added advantage
 
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 
•    Project management experience is a plus.
 
•    Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
