Sapiens Digital team is developing Sapiens' next generation of insurance online services, enabling insurance companies to accelerate their digital services to customers and agents. The Digital team is focused on developing online capabilities for insurance companies on any platform, mobile, and web covering a wide range of self-service, commerce solutions aimed at optimizing the customers’ experience during engagements with their insurance companies & agents via digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Digital Team you will be working for Production Support and Maintenance applications based on the ticketing priority.
  • Overall 5-6 years of experience, whereas 2+ years of support and 2 years of development or 3-4 years of support.
  • Ready to work shifts based rotational basis.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to find the root cause and provide the permanent fix.
  • Experience with incident, problem and change management.
  • Understanding of Major incident process and communicate with other dependency team based on need.  And provide the permanent fix along with RCA.
  • Should have very good Communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Service Now, JIRA and Monitoring tools like Splunk, App Dynamics and Grafana - Good to have.
  • Able to debug issues with JavaScript, React JS, HTML5, CSS, REST API’s, JSON based applications.
  • Node Js and JEST - good to have.
  • Knowledge of Devops CICD pipeline will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in SQL or anyone of database technologies like MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MongoDB good to have.

Requirements:

  • Responsibilities
    • The role is responsible for troubleshooting and providing the permanent fix based on customer reported issues.
    • Understanding of Major incident process and communicate with other dependency team based on need.  And provide the permanent fix along with RCA.
    • Work with other dependency integrated applications or dev team to provide the permanent fix.
    • Connect the Frontend to backend APIs using Sapiens digital toolset (Integration with API using low code tool)
  • Requirements:
    • At least 3 years' experience with Troubleshooting and hands on with JavaScript, React JS, HTML5, CSS – MUST
    • Experience with REST APIs, JSON - MUST
    • Experience with Monitoring tools like Splunk, App Dynamic, Grafana – good to have.
    • Should have experience in Integrating APIs with front end – MUST
    • Good English and communication skills – MUST
    • Mongo DB – ADVANTAGE
