TITLE:                       Senior HR Advisor

REPORTS TO:           Manager

DEPARTMENT:        HR

 

Job Summary:

The work of the HR Shared Service team is key to supporting the Global HR Team. This team provide the HR face to the business and HR Services need to be delivered with passion and commitment providing a consistently great customer experience and making sure services deliver optimally meeting all policy and compliance requirements. The Services Team also includes responsibility for improvement – how can systems, processes and data be optimised to make the service even better and take a pro-active approach to lead not just respond to business requirements.
HR Shared Services is a global support team that acts as a central point for Global HR Business Partners

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for HR operational side of  employee Onboarding & New Joiner Experience 
  • Assist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. New joiner information, leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules, bonuses etc)
  • Support in employee separation, relocation, internal movements etc
  • Work with HRBPs to offer support in employee relations related affairs in terms of basic HR policy and practices
  • Organize and maintain employee records. - Regular and timely updation of  internal databases, HR systems (working knowledge of Success factors is an advantage)
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. leave reconciliation, attrition, employee demographics)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hire guides etc.
  • Owner of HR-administrative tasks and day-day operations.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. employee engagement /training/CSR etc)

 

 

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Good MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in HR Applications like SuccessFactors, Workday or similar platforms 
  • Experience in Payroll , Joining Formalities , Exit Formalities
  • Ability to multi task, quick learner, independent and driven
  • Ability to maintain Confidentiality, have an eye for details
  • Teamworking skills and Service mentality

Educational Requirements

Preferably MBA/ PGDM In HR/Equivalent Degree
