Senior Instructional designer

What you’ll do: 
•    As an instructional designer, you will be crucial in creating learner-centered content for an engaging and effective learning experience.
•    Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers and learners to design, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning courses.
•    Create multimedia content, design assessments, and ensure that the learning materials align with the ADDIE model of learning.
•    Take the initiative to improve current practices and processes, constantly seeking opportunities to introduce new ideas and methods that enhance the eLearning team’s scope of support. 
•    Learn continuously and acquire new skills to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry trends.

What to Have for this position:
Must have Skills: - 
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in eLearning  instructional design.
•    Expertise in storyboarding and eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Vyond.
•    Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
•    Keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of eLearning content.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet due dates.
