About the Role:- 

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will create engaging and effective learning experiences to meet the needs of our global audience of product experts.

•    Analyze training needs and guide stakeholders on appropriate learning methods. 
•    Design end-to-end learning solutions, in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, including storyboards for eLearning solutions and learning aids.
•    Ensure the deliverables of the team are of high quality and effective for learners.
•    Support and apply the training solutions development process (Alpha, Beta, Pilot, Go Live).
•    Be a learning "guru," lead and guide the team in instructional and graphical design, and mentor them to enhance their overall performance.

 
Requirements:- 

•    5+ years of experience in Instructional Designer role.
•    Deep and proven understanding of learning & development processes 
•    Ability to lead learning projects for enterprise software.
•    Experience in mentoring eLearning Instructional Designers 
•    Experience working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and multiple teams in a product-centered environment. 
•    Awareness of the latest L&D theories, frameworks, models, and evaluation protocols, familiar with SCORM, ADDIE model, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.
•    Experience with web-based course management tools (such as Success Factors), with audio and visual editing tools (such as Camtasia), and industry-standard learning authoring tools (Adobe Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
