Senior Procurement Buyer - Services

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Senior Procurement Buyer – Services to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned Procurement Buyer and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Bangalore

What you’ll do: 
•    Vendor Negotiations: Lead negotiations with service providers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, service levels, and contractual conditions.
•    Contract Management: Develop, review, and manage contracts for services, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal service domain leaders (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.) to understand their service requirements and procurement needs.

 •    Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors, evaluate service offerings, and assess market trends.
•    Cost Management: Implement strategies to optimize costs and achieve cost savings while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
•    Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any issues or performance concerns as they arise.
•    Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including savings achieved, contract compliance, and vendor performance metrics.
•    Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.

What to Have for this position.
Must have Skills:-
•    Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a focus on services.
•    Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management.
•    Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. •    Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
•    Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) are a plus.
