Sapiens is on the lookout for a Senior Quality Analyst (Manual) to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you're a seasoned Senior QA pro and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and execute test cases to confirm the functional test and performance requirements are met
- Create and maintain comprehensive test procedures for client-server application from formal, written business requirements and standards documentation
- Perform regression and functional to ensure product performance and integrity following documented procedures standards. Design comprehensive test cases for manual and automated testing
- Execute system testing within QA environment(s) to validate defects fixes and functional enhancements to the system -- using completed, comprehensive test procedures and supplemental test documentation
- Translate UI and business requirements standards to the system under test
- Create, update and maintain automated test scripts for client server application using automated test tool
- Ability to modify XML documents for use in quality assurance testing of ACORD Transaction Server.
- Participates in requirements reviews with business analysts, development teams and technical Architects to ensure requirements are clear, concise and testable
- Uses defect-tracking tool to analyze, report and track application defects and enhancement change requests
- Experience working with life, health and/or annuity products in an insurance company will be an added advantage
- This position is majorly for Manual Testing.
Job Requirements:
- Strong life, health, and/or annuity knowledge required
- Knowledge of SOAPUI, Postman, JIRA and any other defect management tool is required.
- Excellent Interpersonal and creativity skills
- Must be able to set, achieve and drive deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook
- Creates intermediate level XML documents for quality assurance test.
- LOMA or other industry Life Insurance certification is a plus.
- ISTQB Certification will be an added advantage.
Years of Experience:
4 to 6 years of Experience of Software Testing. Experience working with Life Insurance Policy Admin system is an added advantage.
Education/Certifications/Training: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology (or related field of study) or equivalent work experience.
