Senior UX Design Specialist :

Responsibilities:

- Auditing and reviewing UX/UI design 

- Take part in design review sessions following accessibility standards

- Creating UX design prototypes 
- Creating developer specification documentation for designs

- Creative design thinking approach with attention to detail

- Designs and maintains design components

- Well informed about research, testing and user reviews
- Comfortable researching and presenting Ideas 

- Understand product requirements through UX/UI models, interaction flows and screen designs.

- You will be working with Product managers, developers, and UI designers.

- Work with product and client teams to understand the features being developed
- Standardize user experience across products, platforms & devices
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Functional Skills :

- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a senior UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Familiarity with interaction design, design systems and component libraries
- Proficient in design software (Figma)

- Good understanding of HTML/CSS

- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
