  • Source, recruit, interview and close professionals across a wide range of roles across IT.
  • Working closely with management at all levels to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, as well as the Global Recruiting teams and HRBP.



  •  3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably a blend of corporate and agency 
  • Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for technology companies is highly desired (either direct or at an agency).
  • Strong sourcing skills(LinkedIn &  Job portals )
  • Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools.
  • A creative thinker that can come up with new and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow up skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills – Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Experience working with an ATS desired, priority given to SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
  • Comfortable working individually as well, as well as partnering with a globally and culturally diverse team.
  • Experience in handling Full time or Permanent position, preferably product companies.
