Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of complex reports and dashboards using the Power BI. Additional Reporting Tool Knowledge is advantageous.

Develop and execute strategic plans for data solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Mentor and guide a team of developers across multiple projects, providing technical and professional guidance.

Review and own skill development of team members and propose suitable actions based on performance

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Build Power BI models based on advanced data modeling designs like Snowflake, Star, and Relational data models.

Resolve complex modeling issues in Power BI independently, ensuring robust and efficient data solutions.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development.

Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration solutions using industry-leading tools Ex: Databricks, Talend etc. Establish quality metrics and ensure its implementation. Ensure and adherence to best practices and standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

8+ years of experience in developing and implementing reports and dashboards, with a primary focus on Microsoft Tool stack/Power BI.

Proven ability to build solutions and resolve complex modeling issues in Power BI with minimal support.

Advanced coding skills in SQL, MDX, and DAX, with extensive experience in SQL performance tuning and debugging.

Proficiency in creating complex data models and visualizations that drive impactful business decisions.

Hands-on experience with Power Query, M, R, and Python is highly advantageous.

Deep knowledge of Information Retrieval and Data Warehouse (DWH) Architecture.

Extensive experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Mart design
