Job purpose 

  • Senior developer will work closely with product management, analysis and testing teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the defined solutions.
  • Senior developer will create technical design and develop new system functionalities in the case where the TIA offering does not support the customer’s requirements. 
  • Senior developer will become an expert in the TIA software application to support customer’s business process and requirement implementation. 
  • Subject Metter Expert/Competence Lead in one of Tia modules (Products, Claims Accounting, RI, ADF, etc.) or Technology Lead.
  • Senior developer should be able to for fill following roles in project if needed Analyst, Developer, Tester, Team Lead.


Duties and responsibilities 

  • Map out the differences between customer requirements and current core system features
  • Build solution design based on TIA core functionality 
  • Create technical solution specifications
  • Lead Solution Design workshops 
  • Consult business analysts and stream leads providing insights into better solution 
  • Provide support throughout the project lifecycle to development QA, UAT and production when needed
  • Provide support to the customer when needed
  • Continues contribution to the improvement of Tia PS tools and Tia implementation accelerators
  • Continues contribution to PS knowledge sharing culture
  • Acts as a role model usually contributes, either materially or through guidance, to multiple problems and projects at once
  • Acts as trusted advisor and works with a long-term perspective in a customer environment
  • Health Checks, PQA and Tia training
  • Team leading and scope management



  • English language 
  • Experience with database design and data modeling
  • Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent system design skills 
  • Excellent Insurance knowledge 
  • Bachelor of software engineering or actuarial mathematics
  • More than 8 years of experience in software implementation and development.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Tia implementation and development.
  • Ability to perform project tasks by his/her own with limited Project Manager or Team Leader supervision
  • SME in at least 2 Tia modules
  • Excellence in supervision and support of less experienced team members
