Training & Learning Manager

Description:

• Employees’ Training: Provide Sapiens employees (P&C division) with the knowledge and skills to successfully design and deliver the state-of-art solution to our customers. Run global training programs for the different job roles (Such as Analysts and Developers).
• Customers’ Training: Design and develop training offerings to support and optimize the implementation of Sapiens’ solutions.
• Manage a Global team of technical trainers/instructional designers.
• Maintain training platforms and processes.

• Design and develop product related technical training materials.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routinely needs assessment to identify knowledge needs across the organization and with Sapiens customers.
• Develop and maintain role-based training programs (for new hires and veteran employees) working with the divisions technical and business experts (SMEs).
• Track training effectiveness and results.
• Responsible for training delivery (scheduling, classrooms).
• Responsible for keeping an organized training repository for new hires.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 5 years + design and development of various learning solutions: e-learning, Instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, blended learning, performance support systems (Such as walk.me). 
• Experience in a global Hi-tech company (International customers).
• Experience managing a training team/professionals.
• English- written and spoken- at Native English speaker level- a must.
• Financial/banking/insurance background- a plus.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Experience working with LMS (Learning management system).
• Independent learner- an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
