 Job description: Leading a very large program implementation, with Multiple Core systems involved. Be a trusted advisor to C level executives.

• Owns the program delivery to the client, with goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability.
• Liaises with stakeholders, typically C-level executives of the client, to understand program requirements & deliverables.
• Implements, improves the defined governance processes.
• Resolve Conflicts and malignment in the detailed project plan for each core system.
• Work and present to Customer PMO, C-Level on how the entre plan for all systems comes together.
• Manage all reviews with the C-Level, track action items to closure.
• Ability to understand Baseline and track actual and resolve variances in effort, schedule, scope.
• Ensure Quality of deliverables is maintained as per the prevailing framework.
• Participate in providing Value adds to customer, Presales / Sales opportunities with Sales team.
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.

Pre- requisite skills, knowledge & experience

• Experience of 18+ years
• Experience in program management of enterprise scale software product Implementation.
• Experience in working directly with international customers, especially C-level Executives.
• Experience in working in matrix environment, good to have.
• Experienced with using different project management tools - e.g., MS Project, Jira, Sciforma PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
• Highly collaborative with Peers.
• Ability to influence the stakeholders and be an ambassador of Sapiens Products and Services & Methodology
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be open to travel and work across time zones.
• Experience in Insurance domain/financial services , Core Transformation is a big plus.
