HR Generalist

Sapiens, a growing and well-established international company, is looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our UK team. In this role, you'll support our HR Business Partners and the wider team across the UK, reporting directly to the UK HR Director. You'll collaborate globally, making a significant impact while growing within a fast-paced and supportive environment. You'll need to be able to easily commute to our Cardiff office, with occasional travel to other locations.

Working Model: Hybrid (Cardiff)

What you will do:

• Partner with the UK HRD to create, develop and implement UK initiatives for employees across all divisions. 
• Work with the UK HR team to support the local implementation of global and cross organizational HR processes. 

• Supporting the HRBPs with the employee organisational life cycle from recruitment through to personal development, retention, benefits management and separation processes.  

• Providing support to HRBP for all relocations to the Sapiens UK entities. 

• Partner with the HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Operations and IT teams to ensure a seamless service to the employees. 

• Responsible for HR administration with the assistance of the Global Shared Services team based in India. 

• Partner with the UK HR team to initiate, develop and implement local process improvements. 

What you need to succeed:

• At least 3 years generalist HR experience gained within a fast-paced organisation. 

• Experience from technology-oriented organisations. 

• Secure knowledge of UK regulations and employment law. 

• Knowledge of Business Visitors and UK Immigration is an advantage.  

• In depth knowledge of HR processes and HR activities such as background screening, payroll, benefits management and administration.  

• Experience of working with Sales and/or Professional Services departments is advantageous. 

• Experience of HR systems; Success Factors experience or similar is an advantage. 

• Self-starter and self-sufficient with a high level of drive and enthusiasm as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to think creatively  

• Experience of supporting managers and staff across multiple sites and remotely. 

• Experience of working in an international company is advantageous. 
• Educated to Degree level or have equivalent experience.
• CIPD qualification will be an advantage.
