Job Responsibilities


  • Adding/Moving Windows 10 machines to Active Directory Domains remotely.
  • Migrating User Profiles – Documents, Pictures, etc. and any problems associated with the move.
  • Moving browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Internet Explorer) favorites to new user profile.
  • Software application installation.
  • IT Support desk tasks as assigned.




  • Advanced PC Tech
  • Familiarity with Windows 10
  • Familiarity with VPN’s.
  • Familiarity with O365 Apps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft OneDrive.
  • Familiarity of Remote Control/Access applications.
  • Software application licensing.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
