Marketing Manager Nordics

Sapiens Denmark is urgently looking for a Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing activities for the Regional Marketing Director in Sapiens’ Nordics region.

 

Location: This role is based in Copenhagen (Virum) but encompasses activities in Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltics.

 

About the role ... 

 

This role will lead and help plan marketing deliverables and content to implement awareness and demand generation activities to support the growth of key regional market segments, in line with the business objectives and the marketing plan.

 

You will manage regional marketing efforts and work with the ROW team to support initiatives and coordinate sales support and campaigns, product owner support and the corporate marketing efforts in the Nordics.  You will be responsible for contributing to and implementing the marketing strategy and plans, content, product marketing, media communications and a range of on and offline materials and collateral.  

 

The objective is to meet and/or exceed the go-to-market of Sapiens sales plans and ambitions in the Nordics markets but also support the Regional Director across different lines of business and segments in other markets.

 

The position will benefit from a robust understanding of technology marketing and sales procesess and delivery, and a background in multi-channel marketing, good communication skills and experience working with the press is preferred.  You will be expected to serve as a pivot for Nordics marketing activities and events at a regional level, and will report to Sapiens Regional Marketing Director, EMEA and APAC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help co-ordinate and manage specific regional marketing goals and objectives.

  • Help to develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase Sapiens brand awareness.

  • Work together with sales, product leads and corporate teams to develop and plan Nordics and other marketing campaigns.

  • Commission and coordinate content creation, development and delivery of research and insights, media communications, on and offline collateral, video, web and PR content

  • Define and profile regional audiences and personas audiences include CxOs, decision makers in insurance companies, operation, customer and social media groups for outreach and leveraging awareness.

  • Developing a robust product awareness to help promote upsell and business growth opportunities in current markets and support the corporate team in EMEA where appropriate to do deliver growth plans.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of industry tradeshows.

  • Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity and adjust future plans accordingly.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

 

Key Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in similar marketing role

  • Strong understanding of technology markets and the tools and channels necessary to market complex technology to audiences with varying levels of knowledge

  • Knowledge of insurance, financial services, insurtechs, ecosystems, digital transformation are all welcome additions/bonuses

  • Proven track record in delivering and implementing multi-faceted marketing plans, preferably multi-nationally

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a bonus

  • Excellent English with strong, demonstrable communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Fluent in Danish or another Scandanavian language

  • Self-motivated, pro-active; a strong team player that is able to thrive in a remote and office scenario

  • Strong interpersonal skills in collaborating with remote teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar discipline.
