Job Description

The Enterprise SDR is responsible for identifying and generating qualified sales leads in order to build a strong sales pipeline. S/he loves technology and has a passion for sales and business development, and an inexhaustible motivation for building sales pipelines. S/he will work directly with prospects’ managers and C-level executives within the Insurance Industry across the DACH market.

Main Responsibilities


The Enterprise Sales Development Representative main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Identify, research and prospect target accounts while forming strong alliance and collaboration between the Marketing and Sales teams;
  • Capture, prospect, nurture and qualify leads, both inbound and outbound (through cold calling, emails, and social networks,…);
  • Run omnichannel lead nurturing and qualification cadences, including cold calling;
  • Manage tasks, leads, and all data capture within Salesforce and SalesLoft;
  • Deliver clear business opportunities to the sales team;
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets and pipeline quota;
  • Work independently though collaboratively.




An ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in similar SDR/BDR roles, preferably focused on enterprise accounts;
  • Strong passion for technology and technology selling.
  • Great researcher, excellent listener, capable of identifying prospects' needs.
  • Resiliency is a must: able to handle hard no’s and keep dialing!
  • A Team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good familiarity with Salesforce (or alike) and ABM platforms.



  • Native German;
  • Fluent in English – a must.
