System and Migration Analyst

Description

•    Define migration approach for customer
•    Conduct migration functional and technical analysis. 
•    Elicit customer requirements and translate them into migration solution
•    Prepare  description of the migration solution, migration mapping, transformation design
•    Prepare migration test scenarios
•    Offer functional support to the development
•    Participate in migration testing, different phases (unit, migraton data quality, low/full volume)
•    Support customers with the business continuity planning (define business process and flows during migration period)
•    Serve as the migration support for the different functional testing phases (System Test, System Integration Tests, User Acceptance Tests)
 
Desired Skills and Experience
•    A Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
•    Knowledge and experience working within the insurance industry (strong advantage)
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Ability to translate functional requirements to test scenarios
•    Ability to understand the data models and structures of complex technology systems
•    Experience in Data Migration or Data Integration
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Experience with business information systems (such as ERP)
•    Experience working with SQL
•    Strong MS Office skills
•    Experience analyzing and implementing interfaces between systems is an advantage
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel, both domestic and international (about 30%)
