AI Director for Global Productivity Program
This role is pivotal in driving our AI strategies & Implementation program and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Located in Israel.
- The individual will be responsible for the Global Productivity Program embedded with AI and Gen AI technologies. As part of this program, the AI Director will develop and implement AI strategies, as well as short- and long-term cross-organizational implementation plans for corporate units and the SDLC organization. The AI Global Director will oversee and mentor a team of AI professionals, manage cross-company AI projects from conception to deployment, and track and report on AI project outcomes and impact.
- The ideal candidate for this position should possess an advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
They should have at least 10 years of experience in areas such as development, machine learning, leading cross-company initiatives,
and working with field teams and top management. Experience in planning, implementing, and tracking global projects is essential.
- The candidate should also have exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of machine learning and AI methodologies, and familiarity with global AI trends and regulations. Proficiency in data analytics and ethical AI frameworks and standards is required. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments are crucial.
