Main responsibilities:

* This is not a Sales position. *

Responsible for customer relationship and satisfaction, “upsell” and “cross-sell” to existing Sapiens customers for Sapiens Digital and Ecosystem capabilities.

The role:

  • Will ensure that customers are fully aware of the entirety of the Sapiens Digital Platform capabilities (short-term and long-term) and peripheral solutions and capabilities;
  • Will involve identification of new opportunities within existing customers, creation of winning proposals, managing the estimating process, and driving thought-leadership into the customer accounts.
  • Customer retention is also key to the role, ensuring all customers are retained and renewed.
  • Strategic account plans should be produced detailing their strategy, business, people and alignment to Sapiens people and propositions.
  • Ensuring our customers benefit from the use of the current (latest) versions of Sapiens software through incremental upgrades is a key part of the role. Articulating the benefits of the new features and selling the services to provide the upgrade.
  • Accurate forecasting and tracking of new sales opportunities including coordinating the internal stakeholders to support the upsell/cross sell.
  • Monitor ongoing customer expectations and Sapiens deliverables, communicate and mitigate plans accordingly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Essential:

  • Understanding of the digital customer engagement layer needs and tools in Israel (Portals, Customer journeys, Bots, Chats, etc).
  • Previous experience of sales and implementation of digital software solutions for customer digital transformations.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Can do attitude and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Ability to engage effectively at CxO level.
  • Ability to communicate and discuss basic technical terms.

Desirable:

  • Self-directed, motivated team player.
  • Account management experience.
  • Proven track record of growing sustainable revenues within client base.
  • Understands a consultative selling approach, able to work with colleagues to be able to craft solutions that will provide business benefits.
  • Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS solutions.
  • Experience of Cloud based solutions.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Preferably educated to degree level.
  • 4-years or more experience directly involved in software account management / financial sector / insurance sector.
