Job Description:


  • The business system analyst leads the analysis and design phase of business transformation projects through the implementation of new core insurance software provided by Sapiens.
  • The analyst will become an expert in the Sapiens software application/s and use the core system functionalities to support customer’s business process and requirements.
  • The analyst will work with the insurance companies to understand their current business processes, architecture and insurance products and work with the customer to define the required state using the Sapiens software application as the base.
  • The analyst will run workshops and work closely with the insurance companies to gather requirements and in turn will define, document and present the solutions back to the customer.
  • The analyst will work closely with project management, development and testing teams to ensure a high quality implementation of the defined solutions.

    • Fluent in English

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent understanding of enterprise software solution packages
    • Customer facing – representative


  • Experience
    • Significant experience as a functional business system analyst including requirement gathering and solution definition
    • Experience in implementing core enterprise business systems
    • Experience in working in a global environment
    • Previous work with financial service/insurance systems
    • Advantage - Background in P&C/General Insurance
    • Advantage – Background in development/solution architect



Willing to travel - 50%
