Data Project Manager

Location: Petach Tikva (Work in Client's site. Hybrid, one day work from home)

Job Description:

Lead complex, end-to-end Data and AI projects, ensuring both business and technical goals are met. Plan timelines, set priorities, allocate resources, and coordinate with business and tech units. Oversee all aspects from kickoff to delivery, including risk management, budget tracking, and stakeholder updates. Manage multidisciplinary teams (BI, Data Engineers, Analysts) and vendors across On-Prem, Cloud, and hybrid environments using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in tech project management (Data/BI/ETL background preferred).
• Experience leading cross-functional and matrix teams.
• Proven budget management skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, MS Project.
• Technical understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing.

Advantages:

• Experience in insurance or finance.
• Managing AI/machine learning projects.
• Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile PM).
• BI development or large-scale data analysis experience.
