Director, Head of Global Organizational Development
As the Head of Global Organizational Development, you will be the strategic leader responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness and shaping Sapiens’ culture worldwide through innovative OD practices and initiatives.
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across all regions to identify development needs, gaps and opportunities. You will then design, implement and oversee a comprehensive OD strategy and roadmap to build leadership capabilities, drive talent management, enable change, and cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
Reports to Sapiens VP HR Centers of Excellence, be part of Sapiens global HR management and manage a team of 3 OD professionals globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-year global OD strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of major OD initiatives - from needs assessment and strategic design to implementation, communications, and measuring impact.
- Design and roll out a global talent management, sensing, performance management and other OD frameworks to build critical competencies at all levels.
- Manage the company’s Leadership development field, shaping a global Leadership and tailored local leadership initiatives.
- Lead company-wide cultural transformation initiatives to foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Apply change management expertise to enable successful adoption of major organizational shifts and transitions.
- Provide expert OD consulting and advisory support to HR business partners and business leaders on a range of people/organizational topics.
- Leverage data, assessments, benchmarks and best practices to continuously elevate OD solutions and approaches.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive global OD leadership experience, preferably in a multi-national corporation.
- Proven track record strategically designing and executing large-scale, transformational OD and Talent Management programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders across cultures.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen, execution skills, attention to detail with the ability to look after the hands-on implementation of plans.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing OD teams.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple, complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication abilities to inspire others and drive change.
- Data-driven approach leveraging assessments, metrics and analytics to measure impact.
