Job Description

The Director of FP&A is responsible for the efforts, results, and success of the organization’s FP&A department. He/she provides financial advice and support to help local and group senior executives make key decisions. In addition, he/she will be responsible for all financial aspects of the Business Unit.

 

Reports to: Divisional VP finance

 

Main Responsibilities:

The FP&A Director, main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • End To End Hands-On P&L Responsibility.
  • Preparing a detailed yearly budget.
  • Providing monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Providing financial support to all deal cycles from deal initiation to final contract, including financial model (P&L, cash flow, tax, etc.) and Pricing.
  • Interpreting complex financial information and providing updates as required.
  • Implementing and maintaining financial systems in accordance with the group guidelines.
  • Work with senior leadership to understand and address process challenges & identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across functions within the company, work closely with various functions (Accounting, HR, etc.).

Qualifications:

With dual FP&A and business expertise and strong influencing skills, our ideal candidate brings a high level of integrity and commitment to the company's results.

He/she has high analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as critical thinking, and great decision-making abilities.

  • At least 5 years in a similar role in an international Organization with priority given to high-tech industry experience.
  • Advanced degree in accounting, CPA, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Experience in Budget management and Financial Analysis.
  • Experience in managing and monitoring complex Projects.
  • High planning, reporting, and presentation skills and superior attention to detail.
  • High profession in MS Excel – Must.
  • Experience with EPM/Hyperion Planning system – Big plus.
  • A team player comfortable working in a matrix and international setup.
  • Ability to travel.

 

Languages:

Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
