Job Descriptions:

  • Responsibility for cross-organizational service in various fields such as vehicles and mobile phones.
  • Ensure follow up, monitoring and delivery of actions.
  • Provide services to managers and employees at all levels in the organization in the areas of responsibilities.
  • Promote continuous improvements and high performance in the Operations and purchasing department.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Support the administrative needs of the Operations and purchasing department.
  • The role will report to the Director of Operations and Purchasing and work closely with the Operations and Purchasing Team as well as additional internal and external infrastructures.



  • 2-3 years’ experience in operations support/administration - must
  • Experience in working with managers and employees at all levels - must
  • Fluent in English (ability to negotiate) - must
  • High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – must
  • Experience from a global company – advantage.
  • Understanding of legal contracts
  • Familiarity with SAP Business 1 – advantage
  • Ability to set priorities taking into account short and long-term needs of the business
  • Strong leadership skills and assertiveness
  • Readiness for intensive and often under pressure work
  • 2-3 years’ experience in FM – must
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Executor with a positive energetic people oriented approach
  • Excellent time management skills , strong ability to multitask and prioritize
