Job Description:

  • Responsibility for maintaining the Israel site – working with contractors, suppliers.
  • Responsibility for cross-organizational service in various fields such as mobile phones and vehicles.
  • Responsibility for new employees' placement - managing placing management software.
  • Responsible for reception desk clerk in Israel.
  • Knowledge of cross-organizational construction project management.
  • Working with a global team and managers in the organization.
  • Ensure follow up, monitoring and delivery of actions.
  • Provide services to managers and employees at all levels in the organization in the areas of responsibilities.
  • Promote continuous improvements and high performance in the operations and purchasing department.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Support the administrative needs of the operations and purchasing department.
  • The role reports to the Director of Operations and Purchasing and works closely with the Operations and Purchasing Team as well as additional internal and external infrastructures.
  • Work in the office mandatory from Monday to Wednesday 9:00-18:00. (Sunday and Thursdays can be Work from Home)



  • 3+ years’ experience in operations support/administration.
  • Experience in working with managers and employees at all levels.
  • High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Advanced Excel knowledge, VLookUp and Pivot
  • High order and organization skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in working in a global environment
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding of legal contracts - Advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP Business 1 - Advantage
  • Executor with a positive energetic people-oriented approach.
