Description: 

  • Develop, modify and maintain the operational effectiveness of cloud operations. 
  • Develop and own financial operations strategy, policies and procedures. 
  • Cloud allocation processes and controls.
  • Oversight and responsibility for cloud resources data collection. 
  • Compilation of periodic expense reports. 
  • Cost and capacity planning. 
  • Development of automatic resources monitoring tools. 
  • Development of cost and analysis reports. 
  • Development of maintenance tasks for complex cloud environments. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the integrations of cloud resources with Operations and Engineering teams. 
  • Oversight of the engagement of internal teams with the cloud. 
  • Manage the provisioning of cloud resources to customers and affiliates. 
  • Routinely assess new business needs and manage existing cases. 
  • Review, process and analyze cloud resources. 
  • Work extensively with leading cloud vendors. 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate problems in billing and approval process. 
  • Interface with Procurement, Business units, Finance, Legal and Taxation. 
  • Create ad hoc analysis reports on spend, analyze data, and respond to inquiries from management. 

 

Requirements: 

  • In depth experience managing cloud environment for at least 2 years with leading cloud vendors -  Must Azure, AWS and OCI (advantage). 
  • Technologically inclined. 
  • High degree of problem solving, and ability to identify root causes and create appropriate solutions. 
  • Project management capabilities. 
  • Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualization tools like Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Charts and Formulas) and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Hebrew. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Must take initiative and be proactive in communicating promptly with internal customers and with vendors. 
  • Ability to work independently under the pressure of deadlines. 
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments to successful completion. 
  • Excellent attention to details, and ability to synthesize data. 
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Ability to recruit, train and manage others directly and indirectly.
