Junior Corporate Lawyer

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Corporate Lawyer to become a key player in our HQ team. If you're a seasoned Corporate Lawyer and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.
The Corporate Lawyer repots directly to the Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary Director.
Location: Holon
Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.
What you’ll do:
- Corporate Legal Support: Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters for the HQ and its subsidiaries. Addressing legal risks in coordination with the local team, local counsel, and external consultants.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements across the organization and local laws, including the preparation of corporate resolutions, filings, and maintaining statutory registers.
- M&A and Corporate Structuring: Assisting in mergers, acquisitions, company establishments, and dissolutions, including due diligence and working with external advisors.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide timely, practical solutions to mitigate them.
- Company Secretary: Handling corporate secretarial matters such as preparing materials for the board and committees, filling and being part of the 20F.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the C- level and all departments to align legal strategies with business objectives.
- Contracts: Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.
What to Have for this position:
Must have Skills:
- LLB degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law in Israel.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a global high-tech company or law firm specializing in corporate law.
- Proven experience with corporate governance, compliance and subsidiary management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate law.
- Team player, fast learner and independent.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a complex global group with a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Good to have Skills:
- M&A experience.
- Experience working in a large, global organization in the technology sector.
