SNOW CSM lead will manage all activities related to Sapiens SNOW CSM

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of SNOW admin\s
  • Manage all administration activity regarding the SNOW CSM
  • Support Sapiens Service Now (SNOW) CSM (Customer Support)
  • Manage Customer meta data uploads (on boarding of new customers)
  • Manage Enhancements: Gather customer requirements, prepare design documents, implement Enhancements
  • Manage defects handling, raised by end users and backend users: investigate, develop fixes, and deliver
  • Be responsible for System upgrades
  • Manage yearly planning and delivery of the scope for CSM: Enhancements, interfaces, new modules, upgrades etc
  • Project management of new Interfaces between SNOW CSM and other systems
  • Support implementation of new modules
  • Manage delivery of new enhancements\implementations to production
  • Conduct and manage Weekly status meetings with key users
  • Conduct and manage weekly defect meetings with Service Desk

 

Skills and Requirements:

(All experience requirements below at least 4-5 years of experience)

  • Previous experience and operation of Service Now CSM & ITSM– Must
  • Java-script Scripting knowledge and experience (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI macro, script include)- Must
  • Meta data upload\migration experience (transform maps) - Must
  • Rest API Integration scripting experience – Advantage
  • Angular JS experience (Portal customization) – Advantage
  • Report and Dashboard experience in SNOW - Must
  • Data Management experience in SNOW (mass data fixes, upload etc) -Must
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-Learning ability, independent
  • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
  • Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
