Migration Business Analyst

What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on Migration Projects.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and oversee the full migration project lifecycle in collaboration with the client.
- Define and document migration scope, strategy, processes, testing, and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
- Support and facilitate system changes by coordinating between the Development Team and the client.
- Review and validate test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Conduct expert-level testing on migration development and configuration.
- Provide production support, including defect analysis and resolution.
- Mentor and guide Migration Developers, fostering best practices and technical excellence.
What to Have for this position:
- 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in Life and Pensions.
- Hands-on experience in configuration or technical activities for at least three software implementation projects.
- Project management experience in at least one migration implementation project (preferred).
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience leading client workshops and facilitating discussions.
- Familiarity with configurable systems and Policy Administration Systems.
- Experience with package solutions and implementation (desirable).
- Technical proficiency in SQL and programming languages.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build relationships.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a proactive business approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements.
