Job Summary:

Sapiens DigitalSuite is looking for a highly experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development of Form Building Tools that power insurance transactional journeys—including sales, service, and claims—across all insurance lines globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the roadmap and backlogs for these tools while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless implementation of transactional journeys, journey templates, schemas, and questionnaires.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in building digital tools and their supporting infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Backlog Management – Own and oversee the planning, execution, and management of the portal foundation backlog, including all epics and user stories.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with product owners, developers, architects, consultants, and team leads to support both your team and other portal, delivery, and client teams.
  • Implementation & Support – Ensure successful implementation of transactional journeys for internal business units and clients, providing ongoing support for bug fixes, functionality enhancements, and performance improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Maintain clear, transparent, and effective communication with peers, managers, and key stakeholders to align expectations and priorities.
  • Workshops & Client Engagements – Occasionally travel for workshops, product demonstrations, and client support as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience – 10-15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years as a Technical Product Owner or a similar role, preferably in the Insurtech or Fintech industries.
  • Technical Expertise – Hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with knowledge of software design principles and REST APIs.
  • Software Engineering Knowledge – Strong understanding of software development lifecycle across all phases.
  • Communication Skills – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Leadership Abilities – Proven ability to guide, support, and influence teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Collaboration & Flexibility – Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and adapt to evolving priorities.
