Sapiens is looking for a Sales Operations analyst with minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations, to join our Sales efforts and work with the EMEA and APAC Sales group.

The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate with the Sales teams to define and execute the Sales Objectives while monitoring the progress, focusing and prioritizing, solving problems, implementing new processes and providing analysis and weekly and monthly reports.

 

The position will support the day-to-day execution of the business including assisting with follow ups and problem solving, budget planning, commission and quota plans, managing the territory definitions and account movements, and providing reporting and insights.
 

The position will strive to improve sales processes, Sales-Business Unit interfaces, knowledge transfer, training to Sales personnel, and on-boarding of new Sales and Customer Success executives.

 

The role requires you to roll-up sleeves and dive deep into the details, to communicate with all levels in the organization and to have excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. The position will report to VP Sales Operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and other metrics.
  • Support the day-to day needs of Sales members, assist them with follow ups and problem solving.
  • Work across departments, and align between Sales, BU, Marketing, Legal, IS, Finance, HR etc.
  • Ensure healthy pipeline creation and ongoing updates of the pipeline.
  • Set measurable Sales goals and KPIs, monitor and analyze the results.
  • Assist with planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount and sales plan.
  • Ensure Data integrity, Data clean-up and consolidation.
  • Assist with managing sales commissions plans.
  • Monitor and control over sales budgets, efficiency plans and sales costs.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest ways to reduce them and make the sales more efficient.
  • Training and do knowledge transfer to the field on sales initiatives and operational processes, including assisting with on boarding of new Sales team members.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in business / economics or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales Operations roles in a Global company.
  • Sales experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce.com.
  • Process driven and well organized with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
  • Analytic abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • High proficiency with various office solutions (PPT, Excel, Word etc.).
  • Fluent English and Hebrew.
  • Location – Israel.
