Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support operational CSM system – Customer Support (Service Now)
- Join ‘Customer Support’ Admin team
- Handle Customer meta data uploads to Service Now
- Analyze customer requirement and create stories
- Requirement\design implementation\development\customization
- Investigate defects raised by end users and backend users
- Handle data fixes across instance, implementation updates and fixes
- Support implementation of new modules and system enhancements
- Move change-sets from test instances to production
Skills and Requirements:
(All experience requirements below at least 1-2 years of experience)
- Previous experience and operation of Service Now CSM– Must
- Java-script Scripting knowledge and experience (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI macro, script include)- Must
- Meta data upload\migration experience (transform maps) - Must
- Rest API Integration scripting experience – Advantage
- Angular JS experience (portal customization) – Advantage
- Strong analytical skills (reporting, dashboards, data fixes etc)
- Fluent in English
- Self-Learning ability
- Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
- Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Service Now ITSM – advantage
