Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support operational CSM system – Customer Support (Service Now)
  • Join ‘Customer Support’ Admin team
  • Handle Customer meta data uploads to Service Now
  • Analyze customer requirement and create stories
  • Requirement\design implementation\development\customization
  • Investigate defects raised by end users and backend users
  • Handle data fixes across instance, implementation updates and fixes
  • Support implementation of new modules and system enhancements
  • Move change-sets from test instances to production


Skills and Requirements:

(All experience requirements below at least 1-2 years of experience)

  • Previous experience and operation of Service Now CSM– Must
  • Java-script Scripting knowledge and experience (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI macro, script include)- Must
  • Meta data upload\migration experience (transform maps) - Must
  • Rest API Integration scripting experience – Advantage
  • Angular JS experience (portal customization) – Advantage
  • Strong analytical skills (reporting, dashboards, data fixes etc)
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-Learning ability
  • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
  • Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Service Now ITSM – advantage
