Job description

Sapiens is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner that will play a crucial part in the company’s growth and success by leading local recruitment processes, bringing in the best talent (tech and corporate), and creating and supporting our company culture.  

This position also includes working with Sapiens’ global team and gives an opportunity to develop and lead new recruitment initiatives.



Leading end-to-end recruitment processes from initial approach to contract negotiation.  

Managing ongoing communication with candidates and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Full responsibility on local recruitment processes including managing and mentoring a TA Partner

Working closely with hiring managers, provide support and consultancy during the recruitment cycle.

Developing sourcing channels and new recruitment sources.

Actively promoting open positions in different channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.).

Active participation and creation of employer branding activities.



2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably as an in-house TA Partner within a matrix environment (either a technology company or a recruitment agency focused on permanent tech roles)

Experience in direct active sourcing including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack OverFlow, etc.

A creative thinker that will bring new and innovative solutions to the table.

Great communication skills.


Dedication, persistence, and ability to work independently.

Solid English skills.

SAP SuccessFactors experience- an advantage.
