Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and support CBFO, other divisions CFO’s and company’s senior managements with short and long-term financial plans.

 

  • Lead and manage the division FP&As, PMOs and the Capacity Planning team.

 

  • Lead and manage Innovative Business Unit FP&A.
  • Experience in SaaS commercial strategy, including pricing models, revenue forecasting, and margin optimization.
  • Proven pre-sales financial analysis skills, with ability to create ROI models and financial proposals that drive deal closure.
  • Expertise in SaaS customer lifecycle management from a financial perspective, Customer-facing, negotiations, and closing of contracts.
  • Manage long-term business planning, annual budgeting (AOP) and periodic forecast updates, defining business planning instructions, timeline, key assumptions, and standard templates based on the Group guidelines. Develop and maintain any business plan and budget-related reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the FP&A policies and procedures, as well as develop proposal aimed at enhancing standards and increasing accuracy and efficiency of the financial planning process.
  • Responsibility for the reporting package and presentations of the financial monthly, quarterly, and yearly results, budget, forecasts, and analysis while providing significant insights, improvements.
  • Analyze operating and financial performance against targets, identifying key variances and providing assistance for corrective actions.
  • Coordinate periodic business review meetings.
  • Lead and manage the quarterly closing process in cooperation with accountant team.
  • Work in cooperation with the company’s business units and relevant departments.
  • Assist the management and/or the Group Finance function with ad-hoc projects and requests.
  • Hands on approach.
  • Exposure to international companies with large complexity and to multi-cultural environments.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics/ accounting/ business administration. (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, of which 3 years should be in a similar position/responsibility (complex projects in Hi Tech companies).
  • At least 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Past experience with reporting to the CFO/CBFO - Advantage.
  • Senior Finance/FP&A Position in global tech company.
  • Working abilities in a global environment with many interfaces, experience in global and matrix managing.
  • Open and able to prioritize and complete varied tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, setting up processes and guidelines to promote standardization.
  • Able to assist with hands-on tasks, as well as coaching and mentoring the team.
  • Strong strategic and results in orientation with problem-solving skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives as well as the ability to implement best practices, processes, and policies.
  • Excellent English – written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
