Technical Solution Architect – Life & Pensions Division
Sapiens is seeking a skilled Technical Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing and delivering robust technical solutions.
Position Summary
As a Technical Solution Architect in the Life & Pensions division at Sapiens, you will collaborate with R&D, project teams, sales teams, and customers to design and implement effective technical solutions. You will ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support R&D teams in developing robust, secure, and high-performing solutions that are easy to integrate, maintain, and operate.
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end technical design documentation.
- Lead technical design discussions with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist Sales teams by providing technical expertise, supporting demonstrations, and contributing to sales activities.
- Ensure technical architecture aligns with product and project objectives.
- Collaborate with Cloud Services teams to optimize solutions for cloud environments.
- Support proof-of-concept initiatives, assess technological solutions, and facilitate integration with ecosystem partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect in software development or consulting, preferably within Financial Services, including Life & Pensions, Investments, and Annuities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing technical solutions for large, multi-component systems, including integrations with portals and third-party vendors.
- Strong expertise in Cloud architecture, technologies, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of performance optimization, security, system integration, development processes, and cloud-based delivery.
- Ability to balance big-picture architecture with detailed system design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead design discussions with senior stakeholders and align solutions with both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Hands-on experience with web services, ETL processes, design patterns, security analysis, performance optimization, database systems, and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Development, DevOps, or Information Security.
- Industry certifications in Cloud Architecture, Security, or related fields.
- Exposure to emerging technologies and AI.
